Georgia CCA Unit – 4,225 acres
Alabama CCA Unit – 2,806 acres
Mississippi Meridian Unit – 5,520 acres
Each unit is available for purchase through a single-stage, sealed bid process. Individual bids for each unit of interest must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM EST on Monday, April 14, 2025. Notification of successful bids will be provided within 7 days. The targeted closing date of transaction(s) is Friday, May 30, 2025.
